All products and solutions that we sell are from reputable manufacturers and therefore we find performance queries are infrequent.

Use and safety instructions are on all chemical container labels. Customers should read the instructions before using any product. Kriston takes no responsibility or liability for chemical products used incorrectly or outside of the safety instructions provided on the label by the manufacturer. Products provided are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any users are fully aware of Use and Safety instructions in the language of the user.

For products sold within New Zealand the Consumer Guarantee's Act applies where applicable and no part of the warranty shall reduce any rights held under this Act.

Product Warranty:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. Kriston takes great care in selecting products that should give good performance and value to our customers.
Some products have specific warranty periods against malfunction (eg: vacuum cleaners). If you do not receive product satisfaction then we would ask you to contact us immediately on receipt of your order. In the unusual event of product failure we will either repair, replace or refund the value of the items purchased.

Transit Damage:

If your order arrives damaged in transit please notify us immediately.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in all cases except where such costs are provided for under the Consumer Guarantees Act for New Zealand Customers.
