Terms & Conditions

As a general product statement, all products that we sell are from reputable manufacturers and therefore we do find performance queries are infrequent.

Goods are not sold on a sale or return basis. 

Customers should read any provided instructions before using any product. Hygiene Specialties Ltd takes no responsibility or liability for products used incorrectly or outside of the safety instructions provided by the manufacturer. Products provided are the responsibility of the purchaser to ensure that any users are fully aware of Use and Safety instructions in the language of the user.

If in doubt about the use of any product from our range please feel free to contact us, as we will be pleased to assist you.

For products sold within New Zealand the Consumer Guarantee's Act applies where applicable and no part of the warranty shall reduce any rights held under this Act.

Product Warranty:

Your satisfaction is very important to us. We will act in good faith regarding any manufacturers warranty for products that we sell.

If you do not receive product satisfaction then we would ask you to contact us immediately on receipt of your order. In the event of product failure during a warranty period we will at our total discretion, when a claim is confirmed, either repair, replace, offer store credit or refund the value of the items purchased. 

For products not covered by a manufacturers warranty we can only attend to on a case by case basis.

Transit Damage:

If your order arrives damaged in transit please notify us immediately.

Please note that the cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer in all cases except where such costs are provided for under the Consumer Guarantees Act for New Zealand Customers.
